Event Planning Services
Services include assisting with securing a venue, communication on behalf of the client, connecting with local business, assisting with sponsorships or partnerships, event theme and design development, budget assistance, scheduling and delegating volunteers and staff, timeline development, recommending eco-friendly vendors, implementing waste management, and more.
Community Event Planning
WasteKnot is committed to supporting the local community and nonprofits in and around New Westminster, BC. We offer reduced hourly rates for registered nonprofit organizations who are looking to host community events.
Starts at $20/hour plus tax.
Add-on: Event Day Management
We’ll coordinate and manage all aspects of the event to make sure it all runs smoothly.
Lead Coordination starts at $40/hour, with additional staff at $25/hour.
Additional fees may apply for travel, accommodations, and overtime.
Corporate Event Planning (hourly)
Businesses of all sizes host events, from Networking Luncheons to Holiday parties, and WasteKnot can help make your company’s next event that much easier to put together. We can help organize the event while also focusing on reducing the environmental impact.
Starts at $25/hour plus tax.
