60' Consultation ($50 + tax)
We’ll discuss ways to reduce waste overall, how to handle waste management at your event, and how to estimate and calculate your event’s carbon footprint throughout the planning process and through the event day.

Partial and full wedding/event planning
Includes planning and assistance with: venue selection, site visits, scheduling meetings, recommending eco-conscious and reputable vendors, assisting with contract negotiations, contacting vendors on client’s behalf, development of theme, assisting with decor/design, color palettes, florals, full timeline development, seating chart and floor plan development, event logistics, waste management, assisting with budget, creating time-sensitive checklists, and more.
Partial wedding/event planning
Includes up to 30 hours of planning assistance (see below for details):
Starts at $25/hour (+ tax).
Full wedding/event planning
Includes up to 100 hours of planning assistance (see below for details):
Starts at $25/hour (+ tax) up to 30 hours, $35/hour (+ tax) thereafter.
Add-on: Event Day Services
Only offered with partial or full wedding or event planning hourly packages.
Includes an on-site Lead Planner and Assistant Planner(s) to ensure everything goes as planned on your wedding day.
Starts at $900 (+ tax) one-time fee; additional fees for travel, hotel, etc. may apply.

Mallory is a professional dance teacher and choreographer with an extensive performing background in dance and musical theater. She has taught several styles of dance and can create a wonderful, unique performance routine for your special day.
Learn a custom choreographed routine for your: First Dance, Wedding Party Dance, Parent/Child Dance, Corporate Event, and more.
Starts at $35/hour per lesson, plus a one-time choreography fee of $150.
