Complimentary Wedding Planning Portal Software

WasteKnot uses Aisle Planner software to help you bring everything in one place, from the Design Studio where you can upload inspo photos and colour palettes, Layout & Seating tab to help you visualize the room and create the Seating Chart, and a client favourite- the Budget Tracker tool. If you are a client, you are invited to use the software as much as you like to stay organized and on track. It’s totally optional, but can be fun and practical for clients. We also use a main Checklist for clients who prefer the more simple route. We are happy to customize based on our clients needs by providing options that work best for them.

Prepare and Support Out of Town Guests

If you plan on inviting guests who live out of town, the sooner you can give notice and details, the better. Send out Save the Dates 8-12 months in advance, and if you have International guests, send invitations 6-8 months in advance so they can make their travel arrangements. A Wedding Planner can help you stay on track, book hotel group blocks, and even arrange shuttle transportation. Make sure to include these details on the invitations and wedding website, and answer questions guests might ask in the FAQ section. If you need help with a website, we can help you with that, too!
