Partial and full wedding planning
Includes but is not exclusive to planning support with: venue selection, site visits, scheduling meetings, recommending eco-conscious and reputable vendors, assisting with contract negotiations, vendor communication, development of theme, assisting with decor/design as needed, support with florals/greenery as needed, full timeline development, support with seating chart and floor plan development, all event logistics, waste management, budgeting support, creating time-sensitive checklists, and more. Then complete the process with Wedding Day Management for onsite coordination to make sure the wedding day goes smooth from start to finish with minimal environmental impact.
Partial wedding/event planning
Includes up to 25 hours of planning assistance (see below for details):
Starts at $28/hour (+ tax)
15 hours minimum required, contract signed at least 3 months prior the wedding date.
Full wedding/event planning
Includes up to 75 hours of planning support (see below for details):
Starts at $28/hour (+ tax) for the first 25 hours and $35/hour (+ tax) thereafter.
30 hours minimum required, contract signed at least 4 months prior to the wedding date.
Wedding Day Management
Only offered with partial or full wedding or event planning hourly packages.
Includes 8 hours of an on-site Lead Coordinator and 8 hours of one Assistant Coordinator to ensure everything goes as planned on your wedding day.
Starts at $1,200 (+ tax) one-time fee. Additional fees apply for extended hours (maximum of 12 hours), additional staff, and travel and accommodation depending on the distance and timeline. All additional fees must be agreed upon by all parties prior to the wedding date.
Custom Wedding Dance Choreography
Blow your guests away with a well-rehearsed, one-of-a-kind dance that they will never forget!
Mallory is a professional dance teacher and choreographer with an extensive performing background in dance and musical theater. She has taught several styles of dance and can create a wonderful, unique performance routine for your special day.
Starts at $35/hour per lesson.
