Reanna + Garrek’s Wedding
Reanna, best friend of Mallory, got married to her lobster, Garrek on February 1, 2020 right before the pandemic!
Reanna is a super crafty and creative person and designed many of the decor for her wedding on her own. She found linens and some other great finds on Facebook Marketplace and sold them back the same way after her wedding- what a wonderful and easy life cycle tip! The venue provided tables and chairs as well as some billowing white curtains and a fabulous chandelier. She made her beautiful bouquet out of wooden roses, so it would last a lifetime- so clever! The bridesmaids had wooden hoop bouquets to carry, providing a unique switch form the traditional approach and tying in the hoop/circular theme in the reception area.
Some of the eco-conscious swaps she made were simply a result of her using her own creativity, ingenuity, and wanting to save a little money. She also had the ceremony and reception at the same location and used a limousine service for the bridal party transportation.
